Work Problems and Pay Options

Hi All

I have been on long term sick since December 2009, I am having quiet a bit of trouble at work with regards to pay etc...

I had illegal deductions of pay taken out of my monthly wages last week, when I was supposed to have been put onto half pay then took over 600.00 out of my wages, the union are dealing with this for me.

I have a work focused interview on Thursday, are you able to get help through the Job Centre Plus with regards to work problems, as all this stress, when I do go back to work Im wondering what problems I am going to face as I already feel as though they have it in for me.

Do I get covered by the DDA at work with RA.

If anybody knows can you please help!!

Sorry yiou are having so much trouble with pay. Good you have a union. Sorry I havent any experience in this area, though there are quite a few that have, so hopefully someone will be able to help. Difficult to have RA and all this stress.

Hi Michelle

If you ring the NRAS helpline and ask for a volunteer call from Bob Campbell, who was a disability rights expert, they will ask him to get in touch and talk things through with you.

Not had any experience with your troubles suggest ring the NRAS and they will help you
